At CALIDAD with love, we believe in confidence, not compromise. Our unique try-on service is designed to give you complete peace of mind before you commit to a purchase.
This policy explains when refunds are issued — and when they aren't.
1. Our try-on service — try before you buy
We offer a distinctive service that sets us apart:
You pay only for delivery at checkout. This covers both sending the item to you and returning it if you decide not to keep it.
You try it on at home, work, or wherever it is convenient. Inspect the fitness, fabric, condition, and feel.
You decide. If you love it, you complete the payment. If it's not for you, we collect it — no further charges.
2. When refunds are issued
We issue refunds only in the following circumstances:
2.1 Faulty or misdescribed items — before purchase
Because you have the opportunity to try on and inspect the item before paying, you can identify any faults, damage, or discrepancies at the time of try-on.
If you believe the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described:
• Do not complete the purchase.
• Contact us immediately during your try-on period.
• We will arrange for the item to be collected and returned at no additional cost to you.
• Your delivery charge will be refunded in full.3. When refunds are not issued
Because you have already tried the item before paying, all completed purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment for the item has been made and the purchase is confirmed.
4. Delivery charges and refunds

You return the item — faulty or misdescribed (before purchase) Yes — full refund
We cancel your order (item unavailable, etc.) Yes — full refund
Delivery charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns, as they have already been used to send the item to you and collect it back.
5. How to request a refund

6. Refund processing times
Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] to your original payment method.
Timelines may vary depending on payment methods.
7. Our right to cancel or refuse orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if:
• The item is no longer available
• An error in pricing or description is identified
• We are unable to verify your identity or payment details
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
8. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Lebanon.
CALIDAD with love is not yet registered brand operating in Lebanon. This does not affect the validity or enforceability of this policy.
