1. Introduction
1.1 What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we sell products through our platform, CALIDAD with love.
1.2 Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They set out your legal rights and obligations and explain how we operate as a conscious fashion platform.

CALIDAD with love is a pre-loved fashion brand founded and operating in Lebanon currently.

3. Our role and your relationship with us
3.1 Our role as a platform
CALIDAD with love is a platform that carefully offers high-quality, pre-loved and selected items from premium and designer brands.
We do not represent, affiliate with, or act on behalf of any of the brand owners whose products we sell.
All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely in describing the items in our collection.3.2 Ownership and sale of items. We acquire and own the items listed on our site through direct purchase or consignment. Legal title to each item is held by CALIDAD with love at the point of sale and passes directly to you upon completion of your purchase.
3.3 No agency or partnership
We operate independently and are not agents, partners, or authorized resellers of any third-party brands. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, agency, or joint venture between CALIDAD with love and any brand owner.
4. Orders
4.1 Order acceptance
Once you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt.
Your order is only accepted when we send you an email confirming dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, including but not limited to:
• The item is no longer available
• An error in pricing or description is identified
• We are unable to verify your identity or payment details
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
4.2 Order number
We will assign an order number to your purchase and confirm it in our dispatch email. Please quote this number in all correspondence.
5. Products and descriptions
5.1 Accuracy of descriptions
We take great care to describe and photograph each item accurately, honestly, and with close attention to detail.
Any minor signs of wear consistent with pre-loved items are clearly stated within the listing.
5.2 Photography and presentation
Our imagery is professionally produced, with each item photographed as the hero of the image.
We use high-resolution photography and thoughtful editing to present every piece clearly and truthfully.
On certain items, we may include AI-generated model imagery to help illustrate fit, proportion, or styling.
These visuals are generated solely to enhance the customer experience and are not photographs of a real person.
The item itself remains the focus, and its actual condition, color, and details are always represented by the primary product photography.
5.3 Color and texture variation
Color tones, fabric textures, and surface finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of the item.
Each piece is unique and may differ marginally from its images.
5.4 No guarantee of exact replication
While we strive for accuracy in all product imagery, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of color, scale, or detail exactly matches the original item.
6. Modifications to an order
If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
7. Delivery, try-on, and fulfilment
7.1 Delivery costs
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on destination and shipping method.
Your delivery payment covers both the sending and the return of the item if you decide not to keep it. This is not a shipping fee — it is a service fee for the convenience of trying before you buy.
7.2 Dispatch and delivery timeframe
Dispatch (when the item leaves us):
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery (when it reaches you):
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days within Lebanon.
In any event, if your order has not arrived within 14 business days of confirmation,
please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
7.3 Delays outside our control
If delivery is delayed due to an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you promptly and take reasonable steps to minimize the delay.
We are not liable for delays caused by any events, but we promise to always keep you updated and handle your order with care, patience, and a deep understanding that sometimes, things just... happen.
7.4 Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Try-on, purchase, and final sale
8.1 Our try-on service
We offer a distinctive service designed to give you complete confidence in your pre-loved purchase.
When you place an order, the item is delivered to you for try-on at home, work, or wherever it is convenient.
You are welcome to inspect the item carefully — check the fit, fabric, condition, and overall feel — before making your final decision.
We kindly ask that all items be handled with care during fitting. If not purchased, they will return to our collection, for another customer to enjoy. Your delivery charge covers both the sending and the return of the item if you choose not to keep it.
8.2 After you try it on
Once you have tried the item, you have two clear options:
a) You love it — you keep it.
You complete the payment, and the sale is final.
b) It's not for you — you return it.
The delivery charge you already paid covers the return collection. The item is returned to us. No further charges apply.
8.3 How payment works — secure, fair, and on your terms
At checkout from our website — delivery is always paid upfront.
This is how we keep our service sustainable and ensure every item sent out is met with genuine intention.
Check out options are:
• Pay Online Now: You are charged only the delivery fee via Whish, OMT, etc. (Based
on the available payment method).
o If you keep the item: we send a secure payment link for the item price.
o If you return it: no further charges.
• Cash on Delivery: You still pay the delivery fee at checkout from the website via
Whish, OMT, etc. (Based on the available payment method)
o If you keep the item: you can pay the item price in cash to the delivery
person upon collection or request a secure online payment link.
o If you return it: no further charges.
Why do we ask you to pay delivery upfront:
Delivery is not free, and it's not just shipping. It's a service fee that covers:
• Sending the item to you
• Collecting it if you decide not to keep it
• The care, packaging, and coordination in betweenPaying delivery upfront ensures that every order is placed with thought, not impulse, and allows us to keep this unique service available for everyone who truly values it.
After you try it on:
• You love it? You complete the payment by cash to the delivery person or via secure
payment link. The sale is final.
• Is it not for you? We collect the item. No further charges. Your delivery fee already
covered the return.
We will never charge your card for the item without your explicit confirmation.
8.4 All completed purchases are final
Because you have had the opportunity to try the item in person before buying it, all completed sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment for the item has been made and the purchase is confirmed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• The item does not match your style
• You found a similar item elsewhere
• Incorrect size choice (size is clearly stated in the listing)
8.5 Faulty or misdescribed items
Because our service allows you to try on and inspect the item before completing payment, you have the opportunity to identify any faults, damage, or discrepancies at the time of try-on.
If you believe the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, do not complete the purchase.
Simply contact us during your try-on period, and we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned at no additional cost to you.
8.6 Return process and shipping costs for approved cases
If a return is approved under 8.5, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original packaging and accessories.
We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed.
If the item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you at your own cost.
8.7 Refunds for approved cases
Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed. If you simply changed your mind, the delivery charge is non-refundable, as it has already been used to send and return your item.
9. Our right to cancel or refuse orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if:
• We are unable to verify your identity or payment details
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• You fail to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe
• The item is no longer available due to an error or unforeseen circumstance
10. Pricing and payment
10.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD currency. This allows us to maintain fair and consistent
pricing despite local currency fluctuations.
For customers paying in Lebanese Lira (LBP):
We calculate the exchange rate based on the daily market rate at the time of payment. The rate applied will be clearly communicated before you confirm your payment.
For customers paying in USD or other foreign currencies:
The amount charged is the exact price shown at checkout — no additional conversion fees are added by us.We make every effort to ensure all prices are correct. If an item is priced in error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the option to confirm the correct price or cancel your order.
10.2 Payment for delivery
At checkout from the website, delivery is always paid upfront.
This is how we keep our try-on service fair, sustainable, and available to everyone who truly values it.
Your delivery fee is processed securely via Whish, OMT, etc. (Based on the available payment method) and covers:
• Sending the item to you
• Collecting it if you decide not to keep it
• The care, packaging, and coordination in between
Your delivery fee is non-refundable if you change your mind — because it has already been used to send the item to you and bring it back. If the item is faulty or misdescribed, we refund it in full.
10.3 Payment for the item
You only pay for the item after you've tried it on and decided to keep it.
Once you confirm you'd like to purchase, you have two secure payment options:
• Pay online via secure link: We send you a payment link immediately via WhatsApp or email or scanned by the delivery person.
• Cash on delivery: Pay the item price in cash to the delivery person upon collection.
We will never charge your card for the item without your explicit confirmation.
Once payment is completed:
- The sale is final. Because you have already inspected the item during try-on, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Legal ownership of the item passes to you at this point.
11. Privacy and data protection
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood how we collect, use, and store your data.
12. Other important terms
12.1 Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and CALIDAD with love in relation to your purchase.
12.2 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce any provision of these terms, this does not constitute a waiver of our rights. We may still take action at a later date.
12.4 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
You and we both agree that the courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected to these terms or your purchase. CALIDAD with love is not yet registered brand operating in Lebanon. This does not affect the validity or enforceability of these terms.
