Are all items pre-loved?
Most are — but not all.
We offer:
• Pre-loved: Gently worn items, carefully inspected and described
• Never worn: Items that are new with tags, unworn, or from private collections — never used, but may be from a previous season
Every listing clearly states which category the item falls into. You'll never guess — we always tell you.

How do I know the condition of an item?
We describe every item honestly and in detail.
Each listing includes:
• Condition grade: New with tags, never worn, like new, very good, etc.
• Clear, high-resolution photos — the item is the hero
• Any visible signs of wear — however minor — are stated clearly
• For certain items, AI-generated model imagery shows fitness and proportion, but the product photos always show the actual item's true condition.
If you're ever unsure, message us. We'd rather answer questions than have you feel uncertain.

Are items cleaned before shipping?
Yes — always.
• Pre-loved items are gently cleaned, inspected, and prepared with care
• Never worn items are inspected and freshened as needed
Every order is treated the way we'd want to receive ours.

Can I reserve an item?
We don't offer formal holds or reserve currently.
Because our collection is small and carefully curated, most items are one-of-a-kind. If you love something, we recommend placing an order — remember, you only pay delivery to try it on, with no obligation to buy.

Can I cancel an order after purchase?
Not once you've completed payment.
Because you try the item before you pay, completing payment means you've already inspected it and chosen to keep it. All completed sales are final.
If you haven't yet paid for the item (you've only paid delivery), simply let us know during your try-on period and we'll collect it — no further charges.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If you notice damage during your try-on:
• Do not complete payment.
• Contact us immediately.
• We'll collect the item at no cost to you and issue a full refund of your delivery charge.

Are prices negotiable?
Our prices are carefully set on:
• The item's original value
• Its condition and age (never worn vs. pre-loved)• Market demand
• Fairness — to you and to us
We set fair prices so we can stay in business, keep doing good, and keep offering you beautiful things — but we also see you, we hear you, and we want this to feel good for everyone."
If something catches your heart — tell us.
It may be a Wishlist... Maybe it's just a feeling you want to share.
We can't always say yes, but we will always listen.
And sometimes, that's where magic starts!

Will sold-out items be re-stocked?
Most of our items are one-of-a-kind, so once they're gone, they're gone.
However, if you're looking for something specific, let us know. We keep a Wishlist and actively source pieces our community asks for — both pre-loved and dead stock.
Delivery & Try-on

How does the try-on service work?
1. You place an order — you pay only delivery.
2. We deliver the item to you.
3. You try it on at home, at work, wherever convenient.
4. You decide:
o Love it? Complete the payment. Sale is final.
o Not for you? We collect it. No further charges.
Your delivery charge covers both sending and return if you choose not to keep it.

How long is the try-on period?
We ask that you try on the item and make your decision while the delivery person is at your place.

What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
If the item is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional delivery
charges may apply.

Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Not yet. We currently operate only within Lebanon.
We hope to expand internationally in the future — and you'll be the first to know when we do.
Payments & Refunds

When am I charged?
At checkout. You pay only the delivery fee, and it is always paid upfront online.
This is processed securely via Whish, OMT, etc. (Based on the available payment method).
After try-on, if you keep the item:
You pay the item price. You can choose:
• Secure payment link — sent to you immediately via WhatsApp or scanned from the delivery person.
• Cash on delivery — pay in cash to the delivery person upon collection (Lebanon only)
We never charge your card for the item without your explicit confirmation.

Why do I have to pay delivery upfront?
Because delivery isn't just shipping — it's a service fee that covers:
• Sending the item to you• Collecting it if you decide not to keep it
• The care, packaging, and coordination in between
Paying delivery upfront ensures every order is placed with genuine intention and helps us keep our unique try-on service available for everyone who truly values it.

Is the delivery fee refundable?
If you change your mind and return the item:
No — the delivery fee is non-refundable, because it has already been used to send the item to you and bring it back.
If the item is faulty or significantly not as described:
Yes — we refund your delivery fee in full.

Can I pay cash on delivery for the item?
Yes — but only for the item price, not the delivery fee.
If you select Cash on delivery at checkout, you still pay your delivery fee online upfront.
Then, if you decide to keep the item, you can pay the item price in cash to the delivery person upon collection.

What payment methods do you accept?
For delivery (paid upfront online):
Whish, OMT, etc. (Based on the delivery method available)
For the item (after try-on):
• Secure payment link: Whish, OMT, etc. (Based on the delivery method available)
• Cash on delivery: Cash to the delivery person (Lebanon only)

Is it safe to pay via the secure link?
Yes — 100% secure. Our payment links are processed through trusted, encrypted providers. We never store your card details, and you only pay after you've confirmed you want to keep the item.

Do you offer installments or payment plans?
Not yet — but we're listening.
